Nicole D. Galli focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including all forms of intellectual property (IP) litigation, in federal and state courts and arbitration venues throughout the nation, as well as strategic legal risk management and IP counseling. Ms. Galli has litigated, through trial, a wide variety of IP and business disputes for clients in numerous industries including medical devices, software, consumer electronics, consumer products, automotive, energy, hospitality, food and beverage, construction, manufacturing and health care. Clients range from individuals and small start-up companies to the largest national and international companies, including a number of cultural institutions and other non-profits. After having spent over two decades in two AmLaw 100 firms, an intellectual property boutique firm, and a full-service regional firm, Ms. Galli founded the Law Offices of N.D. Galli LLC in 2015 to provide clients with sophisticated, first-in-class legal services in an innovative, efficient and customized manner that best suits their business needs.
In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Galli has a long history of giving back to the community and the profession. Most recently, Ms. Galli founded Women Owned Law (WOL), www.womenownedlaw.org, a national networking group for women owned law and legal services firms. WOL’s mission is to provide opportunities for women legal entrepreneurs to come together, support each other and help their businesses prosper. With a soft launch in the fall of 2016 that started in Philadelphia with a group of 8 women, it is in the process of formally launching nationally, including in New York and Washington D.C. In 2016, Ms. Galli served as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee of NextMove Dance, a dance presenting organization on whose board she served for ten years. Ms. Galli also served as a member of the American Heart Association's 2015 Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team in Philadelphia. Ms. Galli is also Chair of the Advisory Board of the Professional Women’s Roundtable, a networking group for emerging women leaders that she co-founded in 2002. A member of the Forum of Executive Women, Ms. Galli serves on the Forum Award for Emerging Women Leaders and Program Committees, and heads up the Forum’s Center City Breakfast. Ms. Galli is also a member of the American Bar Association, where she is the CLE Officer of the Section of Intellectual Property Law and one of the Section’s Liaisons to the Licensing Executives Society. Other memberships include the Philadelphia Bar Association and Justinian Society. Ms. Galli also serves as a Democratic committee person for the second division of the Eighth Ward in Philadelphia.

Charles P. Goodwin focuses his practice with the Law Offices of N.D. Galli LLC on commercial litigation in federal and state courts, including intellectual property, breach of contract and other commercial litigation matters. His commercial litigation experience also includes other complex commercial litigation such as competition and antitrust law, class actions, securities litigation, franchise litigation and legal malpractice claims.
Mr. Goodwin previously was associated for over twenty years with a nationally recognized complex litigation boutique in Philadelphia, where he was a partner for the last ten years of his tenure there. In 2014, he opened his own firm, the Law Offices of Charles P. Goodwin, where he continues his commercial litigation practice. Mr. Goodwin’s firm also represents public officials and candidates for elective office, and handles alcohol beverage licensure and zoning matters, among others. Mr. Goodwin joined the Law Offices of N.D. Galli LLC as Of Counsel in 2016.
Mr. Goodwin currently serves as President of the Center City Residents Association. He also serves as a Democratic committee person for the second division of the Eighth Ward in Philadelphia, as well as Assistant Secretary to the Eighth Ward Democratic Committee.
